Click on the The Preferences icon in the cmdtyView for Excel toolbar to set your time zone, history and chart tooltip display, historical data refresh and order book theme.

Time Zone Settings
Update the timezone in which the ‘Timestamp’, ‘Last Time (Available)’ and ‘VolumeTimestamp’ fields display by selecting Exchange, Local or GMT. Note, the data will require an update (tick) or a restart of excel to take effect.
Default History & Chart Tooltip
Disable the History and Chart tooltip modal by turn off this preference. The tooltip is highlighted in red to the left below.

Historical Data Refresh
Disable Barchart for Excel’s auto refresh of historical data by turning the Historical Data Refresh off. When disabled, a sheet that contains historical data will not pick up the most recent data and will require a manual refresh.
Highlight Symbol Cell When Settled
Opt to Highlight the ‘Symbol’ cell for instruments that are currently settled or have not traded in their current open session.
