Sugar Premium

The Sugar Premium is the refining margin for buying raw sugar and selling refined sugar. This panel can be added to a workspace by clicking on More in the main toolbar and selecting Sugar Premium in the calcs section.

The calculation is White Sugar (SWxx) - [Raw Sugar (SBxx) x 22.0462]. The calculation simply puts both into $/MT. Raw Sugar is quoted as Cents/LB, so multiplying by 2204.62 lbs/MT and dividing by 100 Cents/Dollar, x 22.0462.
