Uninstall Issues

If issues are encountered when attempting to uninstall the add-in, use the steps below to manually remove the application.

1.Open up the Registry Editor

2.Copy the following and paste “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall” into the Registry Editor.

3.Scroll through the entries and find the Barchart for Excel add-in (note the Display Name below)

4.Right click on the UninstallString and select Modify. Copy and paste the value into a document.

5.Remove all text except for the following →

6.Open the Command Prompt and enter in the value above. You will then be prompted to remove the add-in.
