The ‘3 dash’ icon in the platform’s upper right-hand corner provides the ability to add Gallery workspaces, submit a Help ticket, view Release Notes, and adjust Settings.
Language
You can set your default language to be used across the application by selecting one of the available language choices. Currently supported languages are English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Russian.
Mode
By selecting ‘Presentation Mode', you can opt to cycle through your workspaces in the set interval.
Default Symbol
Setting a default symbol will use that symbol's underlying data when adding new panels across the application like charts, option chains, and time series.
By default, ZC*0 (most active CBOT corn futures) is set. Simply click in the enter symbol box and update to the desired instrument.
Notifications
For chat, you can opt to receive in-application sound and popup notifications when a new message is received by checking either the box next to the option.
For alerts, you can configure both SMS text and email alerts confirmations to be sent upon alert trigger by entering in your email address and/or your mobile phone number.
Trading Preferences
Your trading preferences contain global settings for all of your trading actions.

Theme
cmdtyView is pre-installed with five different themes: dark graphite (default), dark steel, light white, light paper, high-contrast dark.
Time Zone Settings
Identify the timezone to use for displaying times. Choose from exchange, local or GMT.
Profile Settings
Set your chat profile image, display name, email address, company name, company profile and job title.
Configure Trading & Hedging
cmdtyView supports electronic futures trading through any FCM that routes through the CQG order gateway. In addition, to live futures trading, cmdtyView users can also use a CQG simulated trading account, paper trading account (Barchart provided) and now supports CQG Hedging.
Insert the FCM provided username and password and click connect to sync your trading account in cmdtyView’s front end.
