A seasonality chart allows you to compare multiple futures contracts, whether active or expired, on the same time series.  This allows you to analyze seasonal patterns across the same calendar period. In the example below, the active 2019 March corn contract is compared against the three previously expired contracts. Contract expiration dates appear at the top of the chart.

The chart’s default period is Daily. You can change this aggregation by clicking on Daily and selecting your preferred time frame.

The chart displays 3 years back of contracts by default. You can change the amount of contracts displayed by clicking on the years back drop down.

The symbol can be changed using the enter symbol box in the upper right corner of the page.

Tools and symbols can be applied to the seasonal chart by hovering your cursor over the Draw button.

The seasonality of a spread or expression can be displayed by clicking on the f(x) button.
