Clicking on the text bubble icon will launch the cmdtyView chat window.

Within the platform’s settings menu, you view your chat profile and update any contact details.

In the ‘Contacts’ tab, you can view your current contacts list, and continue to start a new chat by clicking on any of the chat profiles.

Search your contact list by keying in a chat profile or by using the scroll bar to scan the entire list.

In the ‘Chat’ tab, view your most recent conversations from newest to oldest.

Click on a profile to launch a chat.

Minimize, pop out, or close the chat using the action buttons in the upper right corner of the chat window.

Insert an emoji, attach a document or picture using the buttons next to the text box.
