GTM Sending a Push Notification

Use this guide to send push notifications for elevators within the admin system.

 Instructions

Steps to create a push notification:

  1. Select the customer you need in the admin system.

  2. Select the Mobile Text button from the left hand columns.

  3. Add content to the content box, stating what the push notification is going to say.

  4. In the bottom, select the Send At date and time, choose the site, and then choose the “Groups” you want to send to. NOT the distribution lists.

  5. Then, hit “Save Mobile Alert.”

Note: Distribution lists are generally for texts, and the groups are for push notifications. This is the most significant difference in how these are executed, be aware that if both are selected a push notification and text may send to the farmers.
