Troubleshooting Tips

If your client is having any issues at all with the product, please follow the following procedures

  1. Close the app out and then relaunch it

    1. iOS - Closing Apps

    2. Android - Closing Apps

  2. Sign Out and then Sign In again

    1. Settings → Account → Sign Out

If the steps above don’t resolve your problem, please refer your producer to the detailed troubleshooting information below or reach out to marketplace@barchart.com and we’ll work to resolve your issue

Grain Accounting Linkage

Error Messages

  • You cannot view your tickets until your account is linked with your grain provider account

  • None of your elevators are setup to use our Grain Accounting System. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact our support team.
