Export Quote

The ability to export quoteboard data directly into Excel is available through the Export dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the panel.

You can export the contents of the quoteboard as a ‘snapshot' using the ‘Excel (Static) and ‘CSV’ options or you can export and steam the data with ‘Excel (Dynamic RTD)’. Excel Real-time Data (RTD) components allow real-time data to stream into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. In order to export via 'Excel (Dynamic RTD)’ you will need to have the cmdtyView for Excel add-in installed. For more information on the cmdtyView for Excel add-in, please click here.

Another method to export data into Excel is by highlight the columns in a quoteboard and then drag and dropping them into excel. Follow these steps below.

  1. Highlight any or all rows you wish export to excel

  2. Left click the highlighted rows and drag and drop them into an open Excel sheet

  3. With the cmdtyView for Excel add-in installed, the data will automatically start updating/streaming
